Expand How can I return goods?
We understand that our customers need to feel comfortable about shopping online. That’s why we have a return policy that’s second to none. Our Satisfaction Guarantee simply states: If any product ever fails to perform to your satisfaction, you may return it for a refund, replacement or credit. You may return any item, for any reason, at any time. We do refund any taxes you were charged. We do not refund or credit handling and shipping charges. Normal time for processing returns is 10-14 days.

Once your order has been approved you can always sign-in to our web site which will allow you to access your Customer Account information. From here you can see the progress of your order. Any details concerning your order will be posted here for your information.

NO PROBLEM You can get a reminder sent to your e-mail address. Simply click the sign-in link in the upper right hand corner or click the My Account link, then enter your Email address and click the Forgot My Password link. Follow all instructions.

We cannot provide a refund or replace any personalised goods or any items made specifically to fulfil your order, for example Embroidery items. Therefore, when ordering items which will be made or tailored to your requirements, please ensure that you provide all of the information requested on the website and ensure that the information you give is correct and accurate

When an order leaves our offices you will receive a dispatch notification, via e-mail. NOTE: All notifications of orders that do not arrive must be made within 28 days of the dispatch date. We will not refund or replace orders that do not arrive if notification has not been received within this timescale.
Expand What if my order arrives damaged?
For your protection, inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise. If the returned goods are shown to have been damaged in transit then, in line with our returns policy, refund or replacement may be offered as appropriate.
